It's a little difficult to give an accurate picture of Nepali cuisine, as for half our time there we were restricted to the same menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Although our South East Asia trip was over we came home via a couple of other countries to break up the long journey. Nepal was definitely worth a stop.

We spent the afternoon at our hotel, recovering from the trek, booking activities for the following day, sorting things out for our trip to Oman and playing a few games of Monopoly Deal on the balcony.
What an amazing experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our trek through the "hills" (our entire route was higher than Snowdon and mostly higher than Ben Nevis) of the Himalayas.
Having spent the last three months in SE Asia, we were excited to see whether other parts of Asia were the same and what differences existed, as well as looking forward to seeing the Himalayas up close.
